Challenge Description:
This June and July, we're bringing the excitement of the FIFA World Cup to a cause that really matters. Can we hit one million minutes of activity together - and show our support for men's health through the power of movement?
Did you know that one in five men die prematurely from preventable causes? Suicide remains the leading cause of death in men under 50. Yet movement, connection, and a sense of shared purpose can make a real difference. That's exactly what this challenge is built on.
Here's how it works: teams of five colleagues will be assigned a footballing nation, and log every minute of activity you do during the tournament. Walk, run, cycle, swim, hit the gym, or have a kickabout at lunch - every single minute counts towards your team's total and our shared one million minute goal.
🥇 The team with the most minutes at the end of the challenge wins a top prize
🎁 Teams logging 5,000 minutes or more go into a prize draw
🎁 Individuals logging 1,000 minutes or more go into a separate prize draw
Lace up, get moving, and let's do this - for our health, for our teams, and for the men in our lives. 💙
