This March, your goal is to achieve 15 active days, with each active day involving at least one 15+ minute physical activity. That’s the 15x15 challenge – designed to keep you moving and enhance your overall health.

Regular physical activity not only improves cardiovascular health but also helps reduce the risk of stroke and manage weight effectively.
This February, aim for 600+ Minutes of Movement to make you HeartStrong. Achieving about 150 minutes per week can significantly lower the risk of heart disease.
Meet or exceed the 600+ minute goal and you could win one of two £25 gift vouchers! Every additional 100 minutes of activity earns you an extra entry in the prize draw, increasing your chances of winning.
